Down Payment Assistance
Community Foundations participates as a Community Partner with North Carolina Housing. We also work with the Town of Mooresville in their down payment assistance program. We also work with local lender first time home buyer programs.
Single Family Construction
Community Foundations is a Community Development Corporation. We construct single family homes for families meeting HUD income guidelines. We also participate in Tax Credit applications to meet multifamily needs in the local area.
